People who pretend to be members of any organization (specifically the D9 fraternities & sororities) confuse the hell out of me. Clearly there’s a mental disconnect to perpetrate affiliation -____- Any who, I’m scrolling through my twitter timeline in tears from laughter at the Greeks “going in”…
Hey, I just wanted to say that I've been following you for a while but tonight was the first time I actually went on your page and viewed your blog as a whole (as opposed to just viewing your post when they appear on my dashboard). Your blog is really good and I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoy your natural hair pics, keep up the good work. Also I just noticed you were an AKA (idk how I just noticed, I've been following you for months) do you mind me asking, what made you choose AKA? And what year and school did you cross??
Also, Congrats on your milestones you hit today! :)
Thanks on the congrats and liking the blog! I was always influenced by and looked up to women who just happen to be AKAs. I did my research and when I came to school I realized that this particular sorority was right for me. I felt that I could join no other organization and that I was a great match for my chapter. I crossed in Fall 2003 in the Epsilon Lambda chapter, University of Houston.
