i've been wanting to dye my hair a light golden brown and my hair is 4c dark dark brown. I have been contemplating about take a clariol dye box to a salon. Or just professionally use their dye that they already have. Either way I would like the salon to dye my hair. which would you prefer

I would prefer that you go with what the stylist recommends and to go with a stylist whose work you have seen before. If you know of a color that you like, you might want to take it with you to the stylist that will be doing the dyeing to give them a point of reference for what you want. Plus they may know of a type of dye that would possibly work better with your hair than the Clairol that you have in mind. Hope this helps…Be Blessed!!
